Can women take creatine?

Push Creatine Gummies are vegan, sugar free and gluten free - we use pectin as our gelling agent, and xylitol as our sweetener.

We currently ship to Australia and NZ. NZ deliveries take 1 business day, and Australia deliveries can be anywhere between 1-5 business days depending on where you live!

I'm pregnant/breastfeeding, can I take these?

While creatine is one of the most studied sports supplements out there, there is still more research to be done around creatine and pregnancy/breastfeeding. Current studies have shown no adverse side effects to mother or baby, and has even shown some evidence that creatine can help in the development of the placenta and muscles around the uterus crucial to labour. However, we recommend you speak to your doctor or midwife before taking creatine.

Can teenagers take these?

While creatine is one of the most studied sports supplements out there, there are very limited studies on creatine and adolescents. We would recommend you talk to your doctor.
