Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return (see food/perishable exceptions below).

Food & Perishable Goods (Including Gummies)

Because our products are food/perishable items, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind, flavour preference, or normal product characteristics.

However, we will always meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (or applicable consumer laws in your jurisdiction). This means if your product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, we will replace or refund it.

To request a return relating to a defect or issue, contact us at hello@pushgummies.com with photos clearly showing the problem. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns (Non-Food Items Only)

For non-food items, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

If the return is not due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping and a restocking fee may apply.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns of:

  • Perishable goods (including food, beverages, and gummies) unless they are faulty

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

If your return is approved, you may repurchase the item you want once your return is processed.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Product Characteristics & Non-Eligible Refund Reasons

Our gummies are made with pectin and natural ingredients, meaning texture, firmness, and stickiness can vary slightly between batches. Warm temperatures during shipping may cause gummies to soften or stick together—this is normal and does not affect safety or creatine content.

For clarity, we do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Flavour preference (“I didn’t like the taste”)

  • Texture preference (“too soft,” “too firm,” “sticky,” etc.)

  • Normal variation in colour, texture, shape, or firmness

  • Gummies sticking together due to heat or compression in transit

  • Personal preference reasons after the product has been opened

  • Courier delays once the item has shipped (unless the item is lost)

These characteristics are typical of pectin-based gummies and do not indicate any defect.
